Hey, who's that behind me?
Hello!!!

Easy ride.
My mom owns this gas station/convenience store and I loved posing for this picture. Do you like my earrings, wallet, and fancy shoes?
Cruisin the streets.
Taking my cow for a walk.
We had an AMAZING time during our 5 day visit, mainly because it was so interesting seeing how different life is there. Although Cambodia is very much a poverty stricken country, the people were extremely kind and never hassled us when we were shopping or walking around. Every time we go somewhere new, it makes us never want to stop traveling and learning about all the amazing places in the world!
Melissa, that is so much like Laos! The cultures are very similar, as well as the countryside. My friend Alice Compain lived in Cambodia for many years after being in Laos. She taught a lot of people about Jesus from the Bible because she learned the language. Jeff, our friend from church, will be going to Cambodia later this year. He is in Burma (Myanmar) right now. These countries are so very interesting. We are glad you could visit Cambodia and we will read the other posts, too. Love, Grandma
